Q) Do you sell additional slipcovers? At this time, we do not sell additional slipcovers beyond what comes on the product. Our feedback so far indicates that our furniture is being well received, so this might change in the future. To help with this, remember to leave a review and let Costco that you're enjoying our products!
Q) Can I wash my slipcovers at home?
You have probably noticed that our product information states, "Machine washing is not recommended. Spot clean slipcovers as needed; dry clean or seek assistance from a professional cleaning service."
While we recommend spot cleaning for small stains and seeking professional cleaning for large stains, these slipcovers can be washed successfully at home when detailed instructions are followed. To see the detailed instructions, check out the blog below. NOTE: Do not wash slipcovers more than 15 times. If this is done, the performance treatment will no longer be as effective at preventing and removing stains.
Q) What is inside the cushions? Seat cushions are made with multiple layers of foam with varying compressions. The foam is bagged with a 50% feather and 50% fiber blend topper on each side. Back cushions are filled with a feather-fiber blend mixture of 50% poly fiber and 50% feathers. The back cushion feathers filling is channel-sewn into several compartments to assure the back pillow stays durable for years to come.
Q) What is under the slipcover? There is a soft, neutral-colored fabric called muslin that covers the sofa frame under the slipcover. This serves several purposes: 1) the fabric surface keeps the slipcovers in place and prevents them from slipping or sliding around too much. 2) it creates an extra layer of padding and softness, although we do pad our frames all the way around.
This image shows the Whitlocke sofa without the cushions so you can see the muslin covering the seat. The frame slipcover attaches to the muslin via strips of velcro on the edges of the slipcover, then the cushions go right on top and cover the muslin (which helps to keep them from sliding around!). The muslin layer is easy to clean and vacuum, so cleaning under the cushions is no problem.
Q) When my slipcovers are being cleaned, can I still use the furniture? Yes, you can. The muslin frame underneath is very soft, and the cushions have an outer covering as well. However, instead of sitting right on the sofa without the slipcovers on it, we suggest layering on a throw blanket or towel. Keep in mind that this is a temporary suggestion for instances when the slipcovers are being cleaned. Q) When will you add new items to the collection? I want a Remie sofa, Whitlocke sectional, etc... East & Vine is sold exclusively at Costco, so we are actively working with Costco to expand the collection! What products do you want to see? I would seriously love a loveseat and have been patiently waiting for you to expand your line. Please ask Costco about adding a loveseat to the collection. We are good with matching loveseat but usually an accent chair to a plain colored sofa is a print. Thank you.

Option to buy just the ottoman. Would love an ottoman to go with the couch. Love our chair, ottoman, and couch. But we really would love another ottoman!
