Assembling furniture is often viewed as an overwhelming and time-consuming task, but we've kept it simple with the Caspian Sectional from East & Vine.
This process won't require any additional tools, but it is recommended to have two people assemble the sectional.
Follow the steps below and you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your new sectional in no time!
Step 1
The sectional comes in two pieces, plus an ottoman. Begin with the chaise portion of the sectional. Turn it over and unzip the compartment on the bottom of the chaise and remove the bag inside. The bag will contain all the parts you will need for assembly. Start by inserting the center support leg into the bottom of the chaise.
Make sure not to discard packing materials until sectional assembly is complete, to ensure all required parts are included and not mistakenly thrown out.
Step 2
The second modular piece will contain another bag with its included parts. Repeat the instructions from above for this next step. For the support leg, you can insert it into the wooden slat running underneath the seat.
Steps 3 and 4
Now, you can assemble each wooden leg and attach them to both parts of the sectional. Complete this process with the required parts above, and make sure you do so for both modular pieces.
Step 5
Lastly, secure the two pieces of the sectional using the metal connectors on the inside of each piece. It helps if one person lifts the two-seat piece, while another person guides them onto the connector hooks of the chaise piece. Ensure the connectors are firmly in place but do not push down so hard that the connectors are strained.
You're done!
